The form will upload when the fields have been filled in. We must have the fields completed that are labelled with an asterisk (*). Other fields are optional. Therefore you can submit one image or up to four. The second to fourth images are optional.

The Creative Eye web site explains the specification for your submission.

Please ensure there is a 3px white border as the assessment panel will see the images against a black background. If the border is missing the image cannot be shown successfully. If your image is too big (greater than 1600px x 1200px) and not the requested format (JPG), then the submission will not upload.
